"Reduce stammering Now"

Millions of people across the world stammer. Stammering is a talking defect which makes the speaker sound silly and uninteresting. Thus makes the speaker a social misfit and unable to talk in functions. However stammering is knowing exactly what to say yet unable to flow out your words fluently.

Stammering comes in three different forms. The following explains the forms of stammering:
1. Elongation: This act is when one wants to pronounce a word for instance "paper" and ends up sounding like "ppppaper". Thus the first syllable is stretched.
2. Repetition: This is when the speaker wants to sound like "water" and ends up sounding "wawawater". With this the first syllable is repeated.
3. Blockage: This speech defect occurs when the speaker seems paused and unable to talk for a few seconds when he/she begins talking. With this when the speaker begins to forcefully talk he/she has to shake parts of his body before he/she can speak out.

Knowing the forms of stammering, stammering is caused by several factors of which include; hearing of voices(either your own or others) prior to talking, bad timing to speech and unwillingness to talk.

One can reduce stammering by paying close attention to the following techniques:
1. Listen to yourself carefully as you speak. This will inform you of what you have already said and hence reduce your stammering.
2. Smack your lips prior to speaking as this will avoid blockage and elongation.
3. Lubricate your mouth with enough saliva when you are stacked or blocked in your words or can be done before speaking.
4. Stammering devices can be purchases and worn on the ears as this trick the brain of echoes and you sound fluent. However in the case of necessity before invention, eye wears can be worn which also can function a little as the stammering device as it is worn on the ears.
5. Ladies may use their hair to cover their ears as a style to reduce stammering.
6. Also the speaker should be willing to speak when asked a question or when he/she has to talk.
7. Speak within time intervals, with timing. In other words speak when required to speak and not unnecessary speaking.
8. In the case where your own voices are heard, do not speak in your mind before speaking out as this is the main reason to stammering. Always keep a timing interval then speak out your mind.
9. Where you hear the voices of others, this may be due to a psychological factor and you need to see a psychiatrist to get diagnosed of the actual cause of the voice hearing and medical prescription would be given to challenge the cause.

"Switch to Biogas could save Ireland from massive fines"

Some of Ireland’s leading food and drink companies are supporting a big move into production of biogas, an emissions-free energy source from agricultural waste and energy crops. Diageo, one of the State’s biggest gas consumers – mainly through St James’s Gate brewery in Dublin – and Dairygold co-op are leading the way. Ireland, with its large agriculture sector, is considered the EU member state with best potential to exploit biogas. But a “renewable heat incentive” (RHI) to support this sector is absent. It’s urgently required, according to those prepared to back the green technology – Ireland is the only EU country without a RHI. Biogas comes with benefits: it’s a renewable energy source that farmers can help generate and it reduces CO2 emissions associated with farming, which are responsible for a third of Irish greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Much of Diageo’s gas needs next year are likely to be supplied by Green Generation in Nurney, Co Kildare, an anaerobi...
