Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is situated in Wanchai on Hong Kong Island overlooking the iconic Victoria Harbour. A number of hotels in the surrounding area are within walking distance of the venue while hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon are a quick ride across the harbour on the MTR (Mass Transit Railway).

The 2014 edition of Fine Art Asia drew over 23,500 visitors, with 93 exhibitors taking part and more than 6,500 works of art displayed, with a total value of HK$2.8 billion.

Among the galleries returning for Fine Art Asia 2015, in the antiques section, are leading international dealers such as: Rossi & Rossi, London and Hong Kong; Robert Hall, London; Vanderven Oriental Art, The Netherlands; Koopman Rare Art, London; and Somlo Antiques, London. And among those in the modern and contemporary art category: Bowman Sculpture, London; Galerie Dumonteil, Paris, Shanghai and New York; and Whitestone Gallery, Tokyo.

This year will see a new pavilion dedicated to modern and contemporary art and design, highlighted by French designer Olivia Putman.

Fine Art Asia 2015 will be open to the public from 11 am to 7 pm on 4, 5 and 6 October and from 11 am to 6 pm on 7 October. Admission is HK$200 adult (admits two), HK$50 for full time students and senior citizens over 60 and free for children under 12 accompanied by an adult. A VIP Preview and Vernissage will take place on 3 October.
